Here's our little abode. The only thing missing in the picture is the new slate porch (and the reattached siding that the tile guy made us remove so the workers could, well, work!). Fifteen (yep, that many!) years of waiting on this, and it's looking so much better already! The guys come back on Monday to put the grout down. We picked a nice dirt color for grout, since being outside, that's what it's going to fill with anyway!
Now, paint front door, install one new side porch/set of stairs, replace one small patch of basement floor, and add 5 new windows on the front and side of our house, and we'll be allllllll finished. :)
I spent 2 long hours at The Container Store downtown today. Came home with an entire closet system for M. Tomorrow's the Renn Fest, so the closet will have to wait 'til colder days. :)

It's funny. I've always thought your house was beautiful, so you just improved on that! My place needs major TLC . . .and the weather is not getting any warmer. I just knew I was going to get stuff done this winter and then, I dunno. oopsy.
Um, I think I meant to say, ". . .get stuff done this summer.
