It's all set. This is what awaits the big guy in red.
Well, it did for the picture anyway.
It's almost midnight and I turned off the middle-of-the-night alarm that M set (at 9, she's totally convinced that she needs to see him now to actually believe it), ate one cookie (DH gets the other), tossed the carrotts in the trash (8 reindeer plus Rudolph), poured a bit of milk into the mug, and stacked the presents in the stockings.
Looks like it should be a fun morning!
